Open Growsimple in Chrome
Go to app.growsimple.io — Chrome only, not Safari or Firefox
🔗 Type app.growsimple.io in Google Chrome → log in with your credentials
Bookmark Growsimple
Go to URL bar right side → hit the star → add to Bookmarks Bar for easy access
🔗 Chrome URL bar → star icon (right side) → select Bookmarks Bar

Allow Notifications & Microphone
Go to URL bar LEFT side → hit the toggle → Allow notifications and microphone
🔗 Chrome URL bar → lock icon (LEFT side) → Allow Notifications + Microphone

Download Growsimple Mobile App
Search and download Growsimple in your app store — sign in with same credentials
🔗 App Store / Play Store → search Growsimple → Install → login with same email & password
Save App to Home Screen
Make Growsimple app easily accessible — add to first page or bottom toolbar
📱 Move the Growsimple app to your first home screen page or bottom dock

Mobile: Allow Notifications & Microphone
Phone Settings → search Growsimple → allow notifications → allow microphone access
📱 Phone Settings → search Growsimple → Allow Notifications + Microphone

⚠️ Remove Growsimple from Spam
Critical — check both email AND texts. Leads will be reaching out and you cannot miss them
📧 Email: Search your spam/junk folder for any Growsimple emails → mark as Not Spam → add noreply@growsimple.io to contacts

💬 Texts: Check your phone for any filtered/unknown sender texts from Growsimple numbers → reply START or mark as not junk

🎯 Phase 2 — Your Lead Experience
Preview Your Lead Funnel
Go to Funnels → FHA Funnels → Preview — see your custom branding & reviews
🔗 Funnels / Sites in sidebar → FHA Funnels → click Preview → note the custom branding and reviews
Submit a Test Survey
Fill out the form as a test lead — see exactly how leads are pushed to application & appointment
🔗 Funnel Preview → fill out the survey form → click Submit → follow the Thank You page
Schedule a Test Appointment
Complete booking flow — watch both broker AND lead notifications fire simultaneously
🔗 Follow funnel → appointment booking page → schedule → check your text & email for broker confirmation
📞 Phase 3 — Create Lead & Contact Yourself
Create Yourself as a Test Lead
Go to Contacts → Add Contact → submit your information (or search your phone # if already in system)
🔗 Contacts in sidebar → Add Contact → enter your info → Save
Call Yourself from Desktop
Accept microphone access → save the GS number that called you as "MS Appointments"
🔗 Open your test contact → phone icon → call yourself → accept mic → save calling number as "MS Appointments"
Text & Email Yourself from Desktop
Confirm outbound SMS and email are both working from the system
🔗 Open test contact → SMS icon → send text → email icon → send email → confirm both arrive
Repeat All on Mobile App
Go into your mobile app now and call / text / email yourself
📱 Growsimple App → find your test contact → CallTextEmail → confirm all work
🟢 Test the Green Lead Notes Button
Your most important feature — open it on your test lead and explore every option

Schedule a Test Appointment from Contacts
Contacts → Smartlists → search "Test" → click lead → assign to yourself → calendar icon → set appointment → watch auto-dial fire
